Indie-Folk duo Rose Gold Glasses set to release “My American Dream” everywhere on August 31.

[Worcester, MA - August 13, 2024] - Golden Egg Records is excited to announce the upcoming release of “My American Dream”, from indie-folk duo, Rose Gold Glasses. The single will be available for streaming everywhere on August 31 and is being described as their finest work yet.

”My American Dream” is an earthy roots rock song that tells a relatable story about leaving a relationship without saying goodbye, because it's easier not to. A classic conflict where you love someone, but know they are better off without you, but you can't live without them. Beautifully meshed female and male vocals tell the story while accordion and electric guitar harmonize throughout. "My American Dream" draws stylistic inspiration from the realms of country, folk, roots, and pop music.

Rose Gold Glasses is a female fronted, indie-folk duo from Worcester, MA. Melissa Staiti, a Parkinson’s warrior, is the primary songwriter, lead vocalist, and piano/accordionist.
